Sri Lanka is a year-round destination thanks to two monsoon seasons. December to March is best for the south and west coasts, plus the cultural triangle. May to September is ideal for the east coast (Trincomalee, Arugam Bay). The hill country (Kandy, Ella, Nuwara Eliya) is good most of the year.
